About Oral Surgery
Our goal is to help you maintain healthy teeth for life. However, sometimes tooth extractions are necessary. Many simple extractions are performed in our office, but more complex treatment may be referred to an oral surgeon.
When a tooth is removed, neighboring teeth often shift, which can cause problems with chewing or overall joint function. We may recommend replacing the tooth to avoid these complications, however we can discuss your options for replacement, as needed.
